Must have degree in Health related science or Occupational Therapy
Must be registered with regulatory body
Management of engagements and activities of residents and communication with families
Participate in assessment of all new residents
Excellent communication skills
Design and management of wellness / Activity programs
Therapeutic interventions
Active leadership role
Must be able to manage staff
Must be computer literate
Valid drivers license and own reliable transport
